How can MeshLite offer a flat price?
Other platforms generate the avatar’s video on their servers for the whole conversation, then send it to every visitor. Each minute costs them compute and bandwidth, so they bill you for it. MeshLite prepares your avatar once, then each visitor’s browser animates it. An extra minute costs us nothing, so we don’t charge for it.
Is voice included in the plan?
No. You connect your own voice and AI provider, for example OpenAI Realtime or ElevenLabs, who bills you directly for what you use. For this estimate, a budget cascaded setup (STT + LLM + TTS) costs $0.04/min ($2.40/hour); the speech-to-speech reference costs $0.072/min ($4.32/hour). With speech-to-speech, a very long session can cost more, because the model rereads the whole history at each reply. The Free plan includes a 2-minute voice trial.
What does “at the same time” mean?
It’s the number of people talking to the avatar at the same moment, not the total number of conversations. For example, 3,000 ten-minute conversations a month spread over business hours mean about 12 simultaneous conversations at the busiest moment. Business handles 50, expandable to 150.
What if another platform offers me a discount?
